I have over 20 years of Customer Service experience, in all fields. From front line employee to manager. I've been a trainer and supervisor. I have recieved awards for motivation, performance and quality throughout my career.

I can take your ideas and put them into a training format that you will be able to train or have trained. I can also provide on site consultation if requested*. Terms are negotiable.

*at your expence, including but not limited to: Hotel, Air and Ground Travel, and Meals. Will also charge 15.00 per hour for 8 hours, minimum, per day.
