Work with clients to create effective strategies for team, management and customer collaboration using online tools.
Content Management Strategies
Work with clients to create effective strategies for managing documents and other content, facilitating effective searching of information, records management and imaging. Centralize content to avoid duplicate management or re-entry. Enable content to be easily displayed internally as well as externally, such as on corporate websites.

Director of Business Solutions 2008 – 2010
- Worked with the various business units to develop a comprehensive intranet and document/content management system using SharePoint 2007
- Planned and implemented numerous portals to allow internal team members to work with government constituents securely
- Worked with the Marketing department on social media practices and guidelines
- Integrated several distinct social and web platforms into the corporate website to provide a seamless experience for our constituents
