Detailed Service Description
(1) Creation of business plans from basic to all encompassing, including financial analysis, factory or outlet design, if required, site plans, energy and services requirement, capital equipment, flow diagrams, budgets, mass balance etc. etc.
(2) Factory design using efficiency principals and through flow, can encompass JIT methodology, labour efficiency, staffing levels etc. Designs are completed in 3d (Revit or AutoCAD).
(3) Preparation and proofing of technical and business documentation, from small instruction documents to request for quotes (RFQ) and submittal documents for finance and board approval.
After over 20 years working as a consultant in Industry and traveling the world I am settling in Poland with my wife. My consultancy business is based in the Netherlands and whilst I am still active
I am reducing my role to enable me to spend more time with my family. I therefore am looking for projects which can be completed mainly within my home office.I am a very hands on Consultant and have always completed my own plans, designs and documentation for clients. I would like to use my skills participating rather than just completing projects. I feel I have much to offer anyone who is starting a business or project involving production, marketing, financials and design.
