Detailed Service Description: For the projects which will involve cause analysis, development and implementation of solutions, there will be a minimum of two weeks Business Analysis, a eight to nine wek of preparation, two weeks of implementation and four weeks of follow-up, as a minimum time frame, depending on the number of areas to be implemented and the complexity of the project.
After the Business Analysis, the client will receive a proposal which will include time frame requirements, consultant requirements, cost and return on investment, which will never be les than 2:1, tipically 3:1, and oftem much higher. This proposal is binding and absolutely respected by the consultant.
For Lean Enterprise Facilitator Skills Training, it is important to define the nmber of trainees based on the number of employees in the client's business. Each group of trainees, no larger than 15 trainees nor smaller than 9, will receive 40 hours of in class training in the first pass, 16 hrs. in the second pass, and 24 hrs. of training in the thr and final pass, for a total of 80 hrs. of training.
The training material will be customized with the client's name and it will be delivered for each trainee in their own language, provided it is in Portuguese, Spanish or English. In addition the trainees will receive a manual with all the tools available for root cause analysis, problem solving and all possible aspects of finding solutions for the business.
