Writing has been my life-long passion. I have a highly creative mind and spirit. I favour the short story; but, can write in many genres. Being able to pay close attention to detail makes me an excellent research writer as well.
I take pride in the accuracy of my work and do not submit anything (big or small) unless it is publication ready. I am prepared to take on any challenge.
Some of my past work includes:
- 2 five-part series (researched, written and broadcast by myself) on CBC Radio Calgary
- I had a column in the Airdrie Echo (a local paper)
- I had a column in the Cranbrook Daily Townsend (a local paper)
Throughout my working life, I have worked in jobs where I was able to use my creative skills. I am also skilled in proofreading and editing.
