Carole-Anne has over the past 25 years gained experience in all area of office work as well as being a qualified Legal Secretary. She was originally based in London working as a professional temp for 5 years, before going on to work in the HOtel Industry rising from Receptionist to Manageres. She then moved to York 12 years ago where she became a legal secretary. Over the years Carole-Anne has developed a deep interest in history and ran her own Family History Comapny for 2 years. During this time she worked for Sky TV on their series 'So You Think Your Royal!' She also undertook research on behalf of Nick Barratt for the 'Who Do You Think Your Are?' roadshow for the BBC. Many of her private clients cam from various locations around the world including the UK, Australia, Canada, USA and Ireland. Carole-Anne also frequently undertook research for other professional researchers and probate companies. She decide to concentrate on creating Melia Virtual Assitant and closed the ancestry company down in order to do this.
