Work Terms 

Availability:  As a full-time, Australian freelance writer Tricia Snell is available from Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm (GMT+9.30).

Feedback/endorsement Terms:  Tricia Snell supplies regular feedback and endorsements for her clients and would appreicate the same consideration, if time permits.

Code of Ethics: A contractual agreement is drawn between Tricia Snell and the client, this outlines the scope of the project and also details confidentiality and copyright ownership of all work completed. Unlimited revisions are provided along with a 100% satisfaction Guarantee of all workmanship.

Communication: Via e-mail, phone, Skype and instant messenger. Tricia Snell will answer all communications within 24 hours of you contacting her.

Payment Terms: 50% Deposit, 50% due upon delivery of final draft. Payable via BizReef.
