You may present some of the evidence to meet the criteria using charts,
however your report should include an explanation of the methodology you
used to achieve the outcome,and details of how you intend to implement
your plans.
You should also demonstrate a knowledge of recognised and relevant
theories,and apply them to the text of your report

INTRODuction
Consider the role of human Resource planning and development.
Identify the ojectected for your team and link it to the organisational
objectives.

MAINBODY
You will need to say if you agree with the outcome of the team role
Questionnaires(Belbin self-perception Questionnaire) and explain your
ideas.

Look at the objectives for your area - will the existing team be able to
meet those objectives?
Are there gaps which need to be filled with training or development activies?

You must explain how you identified individual needs ( training needs
analysis, skill matrices, competences and commitment levels etc)
you will need to explain how you matched individual needs to team needs

CONCLUSION
Eplain training and development needs you have identified as a result of
analysis
The personal development plan must be SMART and show review dates
You could discuss the ativities you have identified on the PDP ie formal V
informal, coaching , how you will support learners ect
This section should cleary correspond to your Development plan and explain
your ideas on how performance will be assessed , measured and improved

RECOMMENDATION
This should be briefly recommend adoption of the development plan and
reiterating how it will be monitored to ensure that performance improves
