I require a fun cartoon image of a woman on a scooter

The scooter is to be yellow
Must be wearing an open faced helmet (colour black) with blonde hair showing a little from underneath
I like the smile (prefer a little smaller) on the face and the friendly wave.
Clothing - pants OK in image, would like another colour for the t-shirt and the jacket to be all one colour and without the hood bit.
