Hello, I am looking for an application programmer with simple web design skills. What we need is a simple application which will inform customers by email as soon as we have in store what they are looking for.

The job involves the following:
1. creating a simple one page Website (layout exists) in which users can enter a number of search criteria of the object (appartment) they are looking for.
2. The search criteria and their contact is stored in a USER-SEARCH-database.
3. Database of OUR-OFFERS, where we can continuously enter our new objects.
4. If one of our entered objects matches the search criteria of one of our users, then automatically an email is sent to the user with the matching criteria of our object.
5. Users should be able to turn off this service automatically by email.
