We use an e-commerce solution from Cactushop v5, based on ASP3.0. We host it on a Windows server with FTP connection and use an MS Access 2002 Database.

All orders are stored in one table in the database.

The statistics module is to calculate the following from the table:
1. Total number of order sales for each month and the total for the year (datatype of field is Date/Time, in the following format: "YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS"
2. Total order value for each month and the total value for the year (datatype of field is Number, we use only one currency)
3. Average order value for each month (no 1 divided by no 2) and the average for the year

We want to browse back and forward to view i.e. last year's info, last month's info, etc.

Each order has a unique ID as primary key.

All statistics must be presented on one page.

No Graphics Required.

We will provide FTP access to a limited folder. A modified database file will be in the same folder for the programmer to review and retrieve information from. Programming will take place in this folder.
