In regards to your recent activities August 18, 2008 erecting a new section to our already agreed upon shared existing fence.
The By-Law states that both parties have to agree to all and / or any modifications, maintenance issues: "Friendly Neighbor" fence by-law policy.
I have a signed official declaration from our fence builder stating that we each acrude 50% of the cost of the enatire fence including the second half section of the fence measuring 6ft.
You have till Sept 1, 2008 to respond to this letter stating your choice of the below proposed solution however, should you choose not to respond to this letter a civil law suit will be filed Sept 3, 2008. In such case I will also bring forth a tress passing injustice which you the home owner of 87 Upney Drive accessed our private property to stain our western side yard fence without notifying us and to take it upon yourself to stain our fence a colour which does not match our remaining fence.

Proposed Choices:

1.You may choose to add 1ft. of lattice fence to the existing shared 6 ft. fence
(See section:12. GENERAL REGULATIONS)

e. No person shall erect a fence or cause a fence to be erected unless the fence is,

constructed and supported in a manner commensurate with the design of the entire fence.)


2.Construct a new fence 1ft. from the property line _ This will enable you to construct a 7ft. privacy fence.
3.Restore the fence back to its original state 6 ft.
